Nationwide, we are seeing the reemergence of a heinous nature; Dog Fighting and Cock Fighting, along with a new trend of an even more horrifying nature - Bestiality. Its more important, now than ever before to know the proper procedures in investigating these claims and cases.
Preparation and knowledge of these crimes, as disturbing as they may be, is of the utmost importance should you be called upon to investigate or even prosecute. This is why your Georgia Animal Control Association has gone all out this year and invited two experts in this field for the 2023 Conference.
Chris Schlindler, the Vice President of Field Services at Humane Rescue Alliance from Washington D.C. as well as Kim Schwartz, of the Office of the District Attorney, Chattahoochee Judicial Circuit will provide their expertise over our three day conference and provide you with the tools and education you need to confront these cases.
This years conference will be held at the Chief Williams Fire and Emergency Complex located at 102 Chief Williams Dr. Kathleen, GA (6 Miles south of Warner Robins). Take exit 142 to Hwy 96 East.
Class will begin at 8:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 1st 2023 and will last until approximately 5:00 p.m. each day, concluding on Friday March 3rd 2023. There will be a one hour lunch break each day from 12 noon to 1:00 p.m.
